Please read before scheduling your appointment

When making your selection, choose the services below by clicking on the service using your cursor. Next, before pressing the "Scheduling An Appointment Options below, we encourage you to read the "Terms & Conditions" Agreement, first. The downward arrow explains each service in detail. Then, click the black "Book It" icon to schedule your appointment. All appointment request MUST be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance!

1) First time guest or prospects of consideration - If you have not engaged or rendered HTG in assisting you in any program services in the past, or have general questions before your decision, the "FIRST TIME GUEST" option is for you. There is no fee required.

 

2) If you are an existing client or HTG Member - scheduling an appointment for General Appointment questions or servicing that only requires 30 minutes to complete, you as the appointment setter now must submit Debit/Credit Card information during the

appointment submission process first, in order to confirm your appointment request, by completing our HTG Agreement & Payment Form. If you keep your appointment date, the debit card will not be charged. If the appointment is either missed or canceled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time, the fee will be charged and not subject to refund. You must agree to these terms in the HTG Agreement Application.

3) If an initial appointment is scheduled and missed - by the appointment setter, the re-scheduled appointment will require a $25 fee. 

Note: The $25 fee covers the entire procedure until such services requested has been completed.

 

4) All other services rendered within our Corporate platform require an initial $25 fee.

Example:

If an Asset Protection servicing appointment is scheduled, the appointment setter must schedule the appointment, insert and complete the entire appointment form and submit it. If the prospect follows through with the product services, the $25 fee will be automatically

credited towards the balance of the product. All scheduled appointments will be conducted via Screen Sharing internet meetings. In person, visitations will require a $50 an hour retainer, in advance.
